Organizing your assets — much like the process of generating them — is catered to your project's needs. Runway's batch naming template system allows you to alter the naming conventions that your generations will be auto-saved under from right in the generative timeline.

Changing your batch naming settings

1. Open the generative video tool
2. Generate your first video of the session
3. Once complete, click the grey/purple Edit button next to the generation's name
4. Experiment with the available common variables (Prompt, Seed, Number, and Date) to craft a batch naming template that aids your project's organization
5. Preview your naming output
6. Click Rename when satisfied
