By default, all assets generated in or uploaded to Runway are automatically set to private. This means that they're accessible by your account, but not by your greater teamspace or workspace.

To move an asset to your teamspace, follow the below steps.

1. Navigate to your private assets

In the lefthand dashboard sidebar, click "Private Assets" to be taken to the page where all of your generations are automatically sent once generated.

2. Click the three dots to the right of the asset you want to move, and select "Share with teamspace"

You can do this both in your main Private Assets folder, or in any of the sub-folders.

3. Select which teamspace you'd like to move the asset to

On this pop-up, you can select which teamspace you'd like to serve as the recipient of your asset. Once selected, press Share to send it. The asset will be removed from your private assets, as it now lives in the teamspace.
