The name, email, billing address and tax ID on your invoices come from your billing profile. While you're subscribed to a paid plan, you can update your billing profile at any time from the Plans and Billing page, and your invoices update to match.
- Select your profile icon in the bottom-left corner
- Select Plans and Billing
- Select Manage billing
- Select Wallet in the left-hand sidebar
- Under Billing profile, select Edit profile
- Update your name, email, billing address or tax ID
- Select Save
Your updated invoices are on the Plans and Billing page. Under Invoices, select Download to get a copy with the new details.

How can I add a business name to my invoice?
Enter the business name in the Name field, or on the first line of your Billing address.
How do I add a VAT or tax ID number to my invoice?
Under Tax ID in your billing profile, choose a Tax ID type, enter the Tax ID number and select Save. Select + Additional tax ID if you need more than one.
How can I update my invoice if I purchase my subscription through Apple?
Payments made through the Runway iOS app are managed by Apple, and your billing information is attached to your Apple ID. To change it, see Apple's guide to payment settings.
How can I download my complete invoice history?
There's no bulk download. On the Plans and Billing page, under Invoices, select Download next to each invoice. See Accessing Your Invoices for details.
How can I update my invoices on a Free plan?
Invoice details can only be updated on a paid plan. To update past invoices, upgrade from the Free plan first. See How do I upgrade my subscription as a Free user?
