Runway's asset system has a built-in sharing system, allowing you to easily link your assets to anyone — whether they do or don't have their own Runway account.
Sharing an asset
- Click Assets on the lefthand dashboard menu
- Navigate to the asset you want to share, whether it's in a folder or on the main page
- Double click the asset to open its page
- Click the arrow button in the top right corner of the page
- Click Publish
- Click Copy Link
From there, you'll be able to send your asset's link to others.
Who can see my asset once I click "Publish"?
In Runway, clicking "Publish" immediately creates a publishes a share link, meaning your content is only viewable by those you intentionally choose to send the link to. "Publish" does not share your asset with a wider community, nor make your asset available to anyone you do not send the link to.
What will the asset page look like for the recipient?
When someone else opens your published asset link, they'll be able to view the content itself in a playable media window. If the other party is logged into their own Runway account, they'll also be able to view the settings, seed, prompt, and tool you used to create the asset. However, if they are not logged into a Runway account, they will only be able to view the asset itself, without any of the input information.
