Workspace Analytics helps Enterprise workspace administrators understand how the members of their organization are using Runway on a day-to-day basis. Help your organization get the most out of Runway by using Workspace Analytics to view usage patterns, take note of trends, and drill down into generation data.
Getting started
To access your organization's Workspace Analytics page from the Runway dashboard, click your profile icon in the top right corner, then select Workspace Settings. On the page that appears, select Analytics from the center menu.
Workspace Analytics are broken up into four distinct views to best empower administrators to understand how their organization members are using Runway: Total generations, Workspace users, Active users, and User activity.
Total generations
The first view, Total generations, displays your organization's total number of generations between Video Generation models and Text to Image in a bar graph. Mouse over any of the colored blocks to view an exact numeric value for any of the three generation types on any given day.
Workspace users
Beneath is Workspace users, which breaks out your organization's Runway seats into three categories:
- Unused, available seats that have not been used to sign an organization member up yet
- Pending, members that have been sent an invite but not yet completed registration
- Active, members that are successfully registered to your organization
You can mouse over any of these three categories to see an exact number of
Active users
To preview how many of your users were actively using the app on any given day of the week, check out the Active users graph. Mouse over any data point for an exact numeric value of users from your organization that used the Runway web app that day.
User activity
If you're interested in seeing a user-by-user breakdown of your organization's activity, the bottommost table titled User activity is where you should check. User activity displays each of your organization members by name, then presents each of the following categories per user:
- Credits used
- Total assets
- Shared assets
- Private assets
- Last login
- Date joined
