Organization Analytics helps Enterprise workspace administrators understand how the members of their organization are using Runway on a day-to-day basis.
Help your organization get the most out of Runway by using Workspace Analytics to view usage patterns, take note of trends, and drill down into generation data.
Getting started
Your organization's Analytics page is in your profile menu.
- Select your profile icon in the bottom-left corner
- Select Analytics.
Workspace Analytics are broken up into distinct views to help you understand how members are using Runway:
- Total generations
- Credit usage
- Active users
- Workspace users (seat-based plan only)
- User activity
You can filter by workspace, tags, and reporting period. You can choose one of the preset date ranges (Last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, YTD), or select the date field to set a custom date range — useful for pulling data over a specific window, such as a full calendar month for end-of-month reporting.
These filters apply to all views and CSV reports, so adjust them before downloading if you need a report on specific data.
Total generations
The first view, Total generations, displays your organization's total number of generations in a bar graph. Mouse over any of the colored blocks to view an exact numeric value of generation types on any given day.
You can filter the graph by model using the dropdown model selector, making it easier to report on specific models. You can also select a model name in the legend to show or hide it on the graph.
Download CSV options
The Download CSV dropdown has two options:
- Generations — Downloads a breakdown of generations per day and model.
- Group by workspace — Downloads the same breakdown, grouped by workspace.
Credit usage
The second view, Credit usage, displays the total credit usage and average daily usage over the time period shown. this information is located on the right side of the graph. Mouse over any point on the graph to view the exact amount of credits used on a given day.
- Total — combined credit usage across your organization
- Workspace — credit usage broken out by workspace
- Project — credit usage broken out by project, useful if you track or bill costs at the project level
- Sessions — credit usage broken out by individual session
You can download a CSV of the credit usage breakdown by selecting Download CSV in the top-left corner above the panel.
Active users
To preview how many of your users were actively using the app on any given day of the week, check out the Active users graph. Mouse over any data point for an exact numeric value of users from your organization that used Runway that day.
Workspace users
If your Enterprise plan has a set number of seats, you'll also see a Workspace users breakdown of your seats in three categories:
- Unused — available seats that have not been used to sign an organization member up yet
- Pending — members that have been sent an invite but not yet completed registration
- Active — members that are successfully registered to your organization
You can mouse over any of the three to see the exact numbers per category.
User activity
If you're interested in seeing a user-by-user breakdown of your organization's activity, the bottommost table titled User activity is where you should check. User activity displays each of your organization members by name, then presents each of the following categories per user:
- Credits used
- Total assets
- Shared assets
- Private assets
- Last login
- Date joined
Download CSV options
The Download CSV dropdown has two options:
- User summary — Downloads a per-user summary with totals from the reporting period.
- Daily breakdown — Downloads a per-user, per-day summary from the reporting period.
