How can I change my account's email?


If you are looking to change the email account associated with your account, you can do so by following these steps: 

  1. Log into your Runway account
  2. Click on your profile picture and select "My Account"
  3. Click on "Change Email" under your current email address
  4. Re-enter your password and enter the new email address (be sure to double check!)

If you encounter any issues through the process, please submit a support ticket. Then, please reply to the "we've received your request" email you should immediately receive with replies from both your current email associated with your account and the email you'd like to change your account to be associated with. This is necessary for confirmation of ownership of both accounts.

We do not currently support username changes.

If you use "Log in with Google" or "Log in with Apple" please contact our support team to change your email address.
