Account verification


In order to fully access your Runway account after signing up, you will first need to complete the verification process. 

 

Verification code

When you register for Runway, we use an automated system to send you an 8-digit verification code. You will receive an e-mail in the inbox of the address you used to sign up for an account.

This is to prove that you are the owner of the email address you are using.

 

What should I do if I didn't receive the code?

Occasionally these automated emails are flagged by spam detection systems or are not deliverable to certain domains or mail providers. If you don't receive a verification code within a few minutes of requesting one, be sure to check your spam folder.

If you still didn't receive a code, you have two options:

  • Register for a new account with a different email address.
  • Send in a request to our Support team using the Help Button at the bottom of this page
