We offer two types of coupon codes: credit coupon codes and discount coupon codes. Coupon codes cannot be used twice by the same user account, and some codes are unique; in general they are only valid for a single use. Make sure to use your coupon codes before they expire!

Redeeming a credit coupon code

Credit coupon codes add credits to your account's credit balance. To redeem a credit coupon code, head to My Account > Credits, and enter your coupon in the provided box. Redeemed codes will be immediately credited to your account.

Redeeming a discount coupon code

Discount coupon codes provide a discount for a purchase, and may have eligibility requirements such as an expiration date or an associated purchase (e.g. a discount coupon for 15% off on an Unlimited Plan can only be used toward the purchase of an Unlimited Plan). To redeem a discount coupon code, click "add promotion code" when taken to Stripe during the checkout process, and enter your coupon in the provided box.
