Runway offers various coupons to you to access features and get discounts on credits and plans. Each coupon code can be redeemed once per account, and some codes are unique to a single user.
Redeeming a coupon code
Discount coupon codes are applied at checkout when starting a new subscription.
- Select your plan and continue to checkout
- Select Add promotion code below the subtotal
- Enter your code and confirm the discount is reflected in your total
- Select Subscribe to complete your purchase
FAQ
Can I use a promo code when upgrading from one paid plan to another?
Discount coupon codes can't be applied when upgrading between paid plans, and the Add promotion code option won't appear at checkout for these purchases. This is expected behavior, not an error. Discount codes apply when starting a new subscription.
