Enabling & Disabling Third Party Models

Introduction

Enterprise admins can enable or disable individual third-party models within their organization directly from the Organization Space settings. This feature gives you granular control over which third-party models your team members can access.

By default, Runway and Google models are allowed on Enterprise accounts. Additional model access can be granted by administrators by following the steps in this article.

Step 1 — Navigate to Organization Space Settings

To access the model configuration page, you'll need to open your Organization Space. From your Runway dashboard, click on the organization name in the top navigation bar, then select Organization Settings from the dropdown menu.

Once you're in Organization Settings, locate the Model Configuration tab in the top navigation bar and click to open the model management interface.

Step 2 — Review Available Third-Party Models

The model configuration page displays all available third-party models that can be enabled for your organization. Each model listing shows the model name, type of model, and current status (enabled or disabled).

You can review the list of models to determine which ones align with your organization's needs and policies. For a complete list of available models and more details, please see the Available Models on Runway guide.

Step 3 — Enable or Disable Models

To enable a third-party model, locate the model in the list and click the righthand dropdown to update settings. Admins can grant (or revoke) model access to all or individual workspaces.

To disable a model, toggle the switch to the Off position. Users will no longer be able to access or select this model for their projects, but any generations started before the switch will complete.

Changes take effect immediately across your organization or individual workspaces. You can enable or disable multiple models as needed, and you can update these settings at any time.
