Introduction
Linking your API and Web App accounts allows Enterprise creators to publish Workflows as API endpoints, making it easy to deploy complex workflows at scale with a single click.
To enable this, your Developer Portal and Web App accounts must be linked. Follow the steps below to complete the process.
Step 1 — Generating the one-time code in Developer Portal
This step takes place in the Developer Portal. If you don't have access to your organization's Developer Portal account, an admin can complete these steps and share the code with a Workspace Admin.
- Log in to your API account at dev.runwayml.com
- Click Manage in the top navigation bar
- Click Connections in the left navigation bar
- Click Get started, then copy the one-time code to your clipboard
The one-time code will expire 6 hours after creation if unused.
Step 2 — Linking the Developer account through Web App
This step takes place in your Enterprise Workspace in the Web App and should be completed by a Workspace Admin.
- From a session, click your account icon in the bottom-left corner and access your Organization Settings
- Select the Workspace to link
- Click Link from the Settings tab
- Paste the one-time code into the pop-up, then click Link account
Next steps
After linking the accounts, Workspace members with Editor or Admin accounts will now have the option to publish Workflows as an API endpoint.
