Why don't my Runway Ads numbers match my ad platform?

Runway Ads reads the same data as your ad platform, but a few settings decide how it is counted and shown. Check these before comparing numbers.

Check what counts as a result

Runway Ads counts a result using the conversion events chosen in Settings, then Business info. If that dropdown still shows Default metrics, Runway may be counting a different event than the column you watch in your platform. Choose the events that match how you measure success. See Tracking ad performance in Runway Ads.

Check the date range

Runway Ads brings in the last 30 days of results when you connect an account. Compare it with the same date range in your ad platform.

Run a sync

Runway Ads syncs once a day, so results can be a little behind the platform. On the Campaigns page, select Sync [platform] data to pull the latest results now.

Check which accounts are turned on

Only ad accounts that are turned on in Connected accounts are counted. If one of your accounts is connected but turned off, its spend and results are not included.
