Unlimited plan details

Introduction

The Unlimited plan allows you to create infinite generative videos at a relaxed rate in Explore Mode. Explore Mode is a generation mode that doesn’t use credits.

Our platform balances the use of Explore Mode so that it is always available in some capacity to every Unlimited plan subscriber. This means sometimes generations may take longer, and the number of simultaneous generations is limited. Any additional delays or limits vary based on various factors, like overall usage across our services.

The plan also includes 2250 credits to create faster videos in Credits Mode, or to use tools outside of generative video. Credits Mode is faster and has much higher limits.

You also have the option to buy additional credits in case you need extra for tools that do not grant Explore Mode access or would like to generate faster in Credits Mode.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the Unlimited plan cost?

Please refer to our Pricing page for details about annual and monthly fees.

How do I upgrade to the Unlimited plan?

You can upgrade by following the steps below:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner
  2. Select the purple Update Plan button and choose Unlimited
  3. Select the white Upgrade Plan button under the previously chosen plan
  4. Toggle the Monthly or Annual option at the top
  5. Select Unlimited
  6. Click Continue
  7. The prorated amount is displayed as "Amount due today"

Your upgrade is not complete until you click Confirm.

All upgrades on active plans are 100% prorated, meaning you’ll only pay the difference in price during an upgrade. Upgrading from Standard to Unlimited immediately grants you more credits. Upgrading from Pro to Unlimited immediately unlocks unlimited generations.

Can I share my Unlimited plan with multiple people?

Sharing your account credentials with others violates our Terms of Use and may result in your account being terminated.

You can add up to 10 editors or admins to your workspace, but please note that additional users are subject to an additional charge equivalent to your current plan upon invitation.

Rate limits are set per user, not per workspace. In other words, adding a second seat will double the amount of videos you can generate at a given time.

How do I use Explore Mode or switch to Credits Mode?

Explore Mode is the default generation mode on the Unlimited subscription. You can use the switcher in the top right corner of generative video tools to switch to Credits Mode.

You’ll see ∞ Unlimited in the top right corner if you’re in Explore Mode. Alternatively, you’ll see your current credit balance if you’re in Credits Mode.

If you do not see the option to switch to Explore Mode, it’s likely because you’re not in a generative video tool that supports this generation mode or do not have an Unlimited subscription.

Why am I seeing “High demand. Switch Models?” when trying to generate in Explore Mode?

This message indicates you’ve reached your current maximum of concurrent generations based on system usage, and you’ll need to wait for a generation to complete before starting another generation.

If you need to generate quickly and without concurrency limitations, you can switch to Credits Mode at any time.

Can I generate Lip Sync videos in Explore Mode?

You can create Lip Sync videos in Explore Mode if you initiate your Lip Sync directly from the Text/Image to Video generative video tool. For more detail on how to do this, please see the Generating a Lip Sync in Explore Mode section in Creating with Lip Sync.

Can I generate videos in unlimited durations in Explore Mode?

No, all plans can only generate videos in the supported durations for each tool. However, you will be able to generate unlimited videos in the supported durations.

Can I generate videos in a higher quality in Explore Mode?

Explore Mode does not add additional features or generation options. If the tool you’re using offers an Upscale or Interpolation setting, you can use those features while in Explore Mode.
