Cancelling your subscription means you'll retain access until the end of your billing cycle, but will not have access to plan features after that date and will not be charged further. To cancel, please follow the steps below.
1. Head to our web app and click "LOG IN" in the top right corner.
2. Once logged into your account, click your initials in the top right corner.
3. In the menu that pops up, click Manage your plan.
4. Click Change or cancel.
5. Click Change to Free (Cancel plan) on the bottom left corner of the page.
6. Select the reason you're cancelling and input any feedback you might want to share with us.
7. On the Stripe checkout window that comes up, select Cancel plan.
8. To confirm, select Cancel plan on the next window as well.
