Why does my plan say it is managed by iTunes?


When on your account's Workspace Settings page on the web app, you might see that your plan is listed as being "managed by iTunes":

No need to fret! This merely means that your plan was initiated on our iOS app, and cannot be altered from the web app. To cancel or change your plan, simply log onto the iOS app, tap your profile icon in the top right corner, and proceed into Account & Billing from the menu that appears.
