Teamspaces help organizations create focused asset sharing spaces within their Runway workspace, making it easy for team members to share assets and projects with their specific group. Workspace admins manage access to each teamspace.

For Admins

By creating teamspaces instead of separate workspaces, you're granted access to a version of the standard Runway experience that's specially designed to cater to team-based collaboration. Some of the teamspace-specific features you'll interact with include:

• Centralized billing
  • Billing stems from the larger workspace, not any of the individual teamspaces
• Better organization of content and projects
• Easier access management
  • Admins can easily grant and revoke access for teamspace members
• Shared credits throughout the workspace

For Creators

Easily access, move, and share projects and assets associated with a specific team. New documents and projects are private by default, and can easily be moved between teamspaces.
