Teamspaces are currently only available for Enterprise customers. If you don’t see it and you think you should, check that you have the right workspace selected.
Teamspaces allows organizations to group team members within their Runway workspace, creating more focused workflows within the company. Teamspace access is managed by workspace admins, enabling teams to share assets and projects. Billing is handled by the larger workspace.
By creating teamspaces instead of separate workspaces, you're granted access to a version of the standard Runway experience that's specially designed to cater to team-based collaboration. Some of the teamspace-specific features you'll interact with include:
- Centralized billing
- Billing stems from the larger workspace, not any of the individual teamspaces
- Better organization of content and projects
- Easier access management
- Admins can easily grant and revoke access for teamspace members
- Shared credits throughout the workspace
Easily access, move, and share projects and assets associated with a specific team. New documents and projects are private by default, and can easily be moved between teamspaces.
