If you're working with Runway Support on an issue, they may ask for your impersonation code. Sharing it lets a Support team member log in to your account and see exactly what you're seeing, so they can troubleshoot faster
You can find the impersonation code in your Account Profile.
- Select your profile icon in the bottom-left corner
- Select Account Profile
- Under Support, select Allow
Your code will appear, which you can copy and share with the Support team member you're working with.
