Your impersonation code allows members of the Runway Support team to login to your account to troubleshoot errors you may be experiencing. You can find your impersonation code by following these steps:
- From your Runway Dashboard, click your profile avatar in the top-right corner
- Select My Account
- At the bottom, under Support, click Allow
