Video generations may sometimes appear stuck or take longer than expected to complete. This guide explains how to identify different types of processing delays and when to take action.

Generation stuck at a certain percentage

When a generation shows a specific percentage (like 90%) without changing, the system is likely still actively processing your video. This is normal — these generations typically complete within a few minutes.

Cancelling a stuck generation

After 30 minutes, a Cancel button will appear beneath the video:
