How can I provide feedback if I think I'm receiving improper content moderation warnings?


If you believe your content is wrongly being moderated by our content moderation system, you can provide feedback in-app by following the steps below.

  1. When a generation says generation error or generation blocked, that means some trait of the input was determined by the content moderation system to in violation of our Trust & Safety policies. See here for a list of what is moderated.
  2. If you believe your content was improperly moderated (it does not fall under any of the Trust & Safety policies), it is likely a false positive.
  3. Click the Send feedback button on the terminated generation.
  4. Click Confirm and send feedback.
  5. Modify your inputs, and try again.

We cannot immediately unblock content that is being improperly moderated, but your feedback is taken directly to the Runway team for review.
