Why was my payment declined?


If your payment was declined, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer as a first step. They can provide specific details about why the payment wasn't processed and help resolve any issues.

Here are some common reasons why your bank may have declined your payment:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Unusual activity flagged by your bank
  • Incorrect card information
  • Expired card
  • International transaction restrictions
