When to choose an Enterprise subscription


Introduction

Enterprise subscriptions are specifically designed for business customers who need to manage multiple users within their organization. This tier makes sense when your organization requires Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities, centralized billing across all users, and access to detailed reporting for tracking usage and costs across your organization.

However, it’s important to note that there are two different types of Enterprise subscriptions:

  • Full-service plans are designed for larger organizations looking to integrate Runway into their workflows, offering enhanced coordination and dedicated account team support to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Self-service plans provide access to the same core benefits and features but without the dedicated account management, making them ideal for smaller organizations who prefer to manage their own experience independently.

The enterprise plan was designed with a feature set to support the largest enterprise customers. All enterprise customers have everything included in our Pro Plan, plus:

Getting started with an Enterprise plan

There are two ways to sign up for Runway’s enterprise plan based on how many employees users you expect to use Runway:

 

If your organization is fewer than 50 employees

The self-service Enterprise option provides an efficient way to access these business features. To set up a self-service Enterprise subscription:

  1. Create a free Runway account
  2. Navigate to your profile picture and click "Manage Plan"
  3. Select the Enterprise upgrade option

While self-service Enterprise accounts don't include a dedicated account manager, you'll have access to comprehensive support through our Help Center, priority customer support within Runway, and our Discord community.

 

If your organization has more than 50 employees:

You can get in touch with our sales team to get started or schedule a demo to learn more. Full service enterprise customers receive a dedicated account team that works with you to determine the right package for your team’s needs. Once onboard, your account team will provide private, custom training and support. 

 

Enterprise plan FAQs

Can I make unlimited generations on the Enterprise plan?

The Enterprise plan is similar to the Pro plan, meaning that it does not include access to Explore Mode. Infinite generations at a relaxed rate are only available on the Unlimited plan.

Am I able to choose between monthly and annual billing for the Enterprise plan?

No, the Enterprise plan is only available as an annual plan.

How do credits work on a self-service Enterprise plan?

Self-service enterprise plans are billed annually and include 2250 credits that refresh monthly. This is a shared credit pool that all workspace members with generating roles can access. Adding additional members will not increase this credit pool.
