The Paid Seats number displayed in your Organization settings reflects the number of seats across the Workspaces you are an Admin or Billing Admin

Why doesn't my Paid Seats count match what my organization purchased?

If your organization has paid seats across multiple Workspaces, the number shown in your Organization settings may not reflect the full total. This happens when you're not an Admin or Billing Admin on every Workspace — you'll only see the seats for the Workspaces where you have that role.

For example, if your organization has 32 paid seats but you only have Admin or Billing Admin access to Workspaces covering 25 of those seats, your Organization space will display 25.

To see the full paid seat count, you'll want to be added as an Admin or Billing Admin to all Workspaces. Learn more about roles and how to add members here: Workspace members & roles
