Adding and removing Project content

Notice: Projects are only available for Enterprise customers.

Anything created within a project — Workflows, Sessions, video, image — is automatically shared with all project members. You can add content to a project at any time, move it to another project, or remove it to make it private again.

Adding content to a project

From the navigation menu

You can add any existing session, workflow, or asset to a project from the left-hand navigation menu:

  1. Navigate to the space where your content lives — Sessions, Workflows, or Private — using the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Click the options menu (...) on the content you want to add.
  3. Select Share and choose the project you want to add it to.

From within a session or workflow

While inside a session or workflow, you can add or move it to a project directly using the breadcrumb at the top of the page:

  1. Click the breadcrumb at the top of the page. It will display Private if the content isn't in a project yet, or the project name if it already belongs to one.
  2. Select Add to Project to move it into a project, or Switch Project if it's already in a project and you want to move it to a different one.
  3. In the Move to a Project modal, select an existing project or click + Create to create a new project on the spot.

Making content private again

You can remove content from a project and return it to your private space at any time:

  1. Click the options menu (...) on the content you want to make private.
  2. Select Make Private.

The content will be removed from the project and will no longer be visible to other project members.

 

Moving content between projects

If you need to move content from one project to another:

  1. Click the options menu (...) on the content you want to move.
  2. Select Move and choose the destination project.
