The Team plan is built for teams of two to nine people who need to work together in a shared workspace. It may be right for you if:

How Do Credits Work on the Team Plan?
Each seat adds 6,900 credits per month to a shared workspace pool that all members draw from. A team of three has 20,700 credits per month to use however works best, whether that's evenly across members or concentrated on one big project. When you add a new member, their credits are added to the pool right away.

Choosing between Team and Enterprise plan
Team gives a group of two to nine a shared workspace with pooled credits, and it's self-serve: you can upgrade anytime from your Plans & Billing page.
Enterprise is built for organizations bringing Runway into production across larger teams. It's the right fit when:
- You're rolling Runway out across your organization and need more than nine seats. Enterprise has no seat cap.
- Your security or IT requirements call for SSO and control over third party model access.
- You need usage reporting to track adoption across teams.
- Procurement calls for a contracted annual plan with enterprise terms.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many people can I add to my Team plan?
The Team plan supports 2 to 9 seats. If your team needs more than 9 seats, contact our enterprise team about an Enterprise plan.
What happens to my team if I cancel or downgrade?
Plans below Team are for one person, so one admin keeps full access and everyone else becomes a Viewer. Viewers can still see and download the team's work, but can't generate or edit. Downgrades take effect right away, while cancellations wait until the end of your billing period. See Managing your Workspace Subscription for the billing details.
Can members on other plans join my workspace?
Yes. Anyone with a Runway account can be invited to your Team workspace, whatever plan they're on. Their own plan and personal workspace aren't affected, and they keep full access to both. While working in your Team workspace, they generate from your shared credit pool rather than their own.
What if my team runs out of credits?
Workspace admins can purchase additional credits from the Plans & Billing page in your Dashboard. The minimum purchase is 1,000 credits, and purchased credits go into the workspace's shared pool. Admins can also turn on auto refill so generation continues without interruption.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
Yes, up to one month of unused pooled credits may roll over to the following month. Purchased credits work differently; they do not expire and stay in your shared pool until spent. Generations always draw from monthly plan credits first. For more, see How do credits work?
