How can I track credit usage?
Current credit balances can be seen in the Runway UI. Editors, Admins, and Billing admins will see current credits in the top right corner of a session, but can also find the total credit count in the Billing page.
Credit usage over time can be tracked by Admins and Billing admins in the Workspace Analytics section of the dashboard.
How can I purchase more or increase my credits?
To purchase additional credits or increase your annual credit amount, reach out to your designated account team or email sales@runwayml.com.
What's the best way to budget credits? Am I able to limit credit spend per team member?
There are two ways to manage credit spend:
- Credit spend notifications alert you when individual users or workspaces exceed a specified credit threshold. Learn more in our Managing Credit Spend Notifications guide.

Do my unused credits rollover annually?
Unused annual contract credits do not rollover annually.
Can I transfer my web app credits to an API account?
Yes. You can transfer credits between your web app workspaces and your API account the same way you transfer credits between workspaces.
